MEET THE TEAM

With 25 years of specialized journalism in the hotel industry, Jeff Higley assumed the role of President at The BHN Group in May 2019. Leading global hotel investment conferences like ALIS, HICAP, HICAP ANZ, CHRIS, and HOLA, he also guides Hotel Investment Today, a global digital-media platform launched in January 2023, and ALIS DESIGN+. Higley, a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, holds a CHIA certification in hotel industry analytics.

Notably, he founded Hotel News Now under STR in September 2008 and introduced The Hotel Data Conference in 2009. Formerly, he served as editorial director of Hotel & Motel Management magazine. Beginning his career in Midwest newspapers, he transitioned to business-to-business publishing in 1995.
